Yesterday it was my misfortune to break down in Leek with my classic scooter. I would like it to be known to the Management that the two Recovery drivers who attended to me were of the highest possible standard, and the care and attention they showed whilst transporting me and my scooter back to Wallasey was exemplary. In this day and age people are all too ready to complain about the service they receive, but in this instance it would have been impossible. I hope you will pass on my thanks to the staff concerned.
Following my breakdown last Tuesday, I wanted to leave feedback on the service provided. After waiting an hour in the freezing cold I was so pleased that help arrived in your man, Tony Doran. From the outset Tony put me at ease as he introduced himself, as a woman on her own at night, this was a welcome relief. He talked me through everything he was doing whilst he was finding the fault with my car and came to the conclusion, after checking everything he could do, that the problem was the fuel pump. He loaded up the car on the brilliant piece of engineering that your vans are equipped with and took it to a local garage. He then kindly took me home, which I was so grateful for as by this time we were completely freezing, and the thought of having to make my own way home or wait for someone to pick me up filled me with dread. I must say that, throughout this experience, Tony's sense of humour and quick wit was brilliant. He seems to be one of the most genuine guys I've come across in a while. He is obviously dedicated to his job...he told me he loves the work and I honestly believe he does, he is so impassioned about helping people and solving car problems...quite a rare trait in today's society. I hope he remains in your employment for a very long time...you certainly have a total star on your hands.
We just wanted to thank you for the exceptional service we received this week from your Birmingham depot. We were collected by a friendly, helpful driver who was constantly looking for the best way to help us. When we got back to the depot EVERY member of staff we saw carried on with this attitude. They were polite, friendly, helpful, professional and constantly went the extra mile to ease what would have been a very stressful situation. Many thanks and congratulations to a fabulous team representing your company brilliantly.
Having had a fairly stressful end to our day at Drayton Manor Park, one of "your Boys" - Wayne - really was a knight in shining armour! I really cannot praise him highly enough - he said "you are my responsibility until I get you home safe and sound". And after losing my handbag, car keys, house keys, phones etc..he made sure that no-one could steal my car in the night, by blocking it with my neighbours cars, giving me advice on my home security etc.. - way above and beyond his day job! Thank you to you and Wayne for getting us home safely - it was and is very much appreciated!
Just wanted to let you know that your employee was a star. I had got a burst tyre on the motorway and he passed me - turned round and came to my rescue - changed my tyre and had me back on my way meaning I picked my kids up from school on time and got to Leeds for a gig that evening. He was professional polite and went out of his way to assist and make sure I was ok. Just wanted you to know how impressed I was and wanted to recognise this good deed to you.
