Providing an outstanding service to customers is a priority of The Mansfield Group and we are always proud to receive commendations from customers for staff.
Congratulations to Pete Owen (pictured with Cath Farmer, Motor Supply Chain, Direct Line Group) from our Stafford Service Centre who has won Direct Line Group’s Customer Service Award for Quarter 1, 2016. Peter will enjoy a year’s free car insurance from Direct Line.

“Mr holder called to make us aware that this morning he used our service and he wanted to highlight to me the fantastic service provided by Pete from The Mansfield Group. Mr Holder advised that Pete was absolutely exceptional in all aspect of the role and stated that he provided the most commendable service you could ever receive due to the effort he put in to help him, to his technical/ electronic knowledge and to his overall manner with the customer. Mr Holder advised his garage didn’t want to take his car until the following day but he insisted they take it that day as Pete was able to recover it, Mr Holder was fulsome in his praise and wanted this to be highlighted.”
